State Rep. Josh Kail | Pennsylvania 15th Legislative District
House Republican Policy Committee Chairman Joshua D. Kail (R-Beaver/Washington) and Rep. Joe Hogan (R-Bucks) are set to host a hearing titled “Safeguarding our Community from Fraud” on Friday, March 8, at 9 a.m. The event aims to identify vulnerabilities, share preventive measures, and promote a unified approach for community protection against fraudulent activities, particularly elder exploitation.
The hearing will take place at the Neshaminy Activity Center, located at 1842 Brownsville Road, Feasterville, PA 19053. For those unable to attend in person, the event will be livestreamed online at PAGOPPolicy.com, barring any technical difficulties.
Testifiers at the hearing will include Fred Harran, Bucks County sheriff; Jennifer Schorn, Bucks County district attorney; Mark Haas, director of government and legislative affairs at PECO; Jeane Vidoni, CEO of Penn Community Bank; and Rick Cimakasky, director of fraud and security management at Penn Community Bank.
